Refund policy

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns requested after this period.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, free from any signs of wear on the sole, and returned with all original accessories, including the shoe box and dust bag.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Page, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, Leotte will cover all return shipping expenses.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, we recommend consulting our size guide before placing your order. Size exchanges follow the same procedure as returns.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective item or a product different from the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product. Leotte will cover all associated costs and arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
