Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Orders are shipped from our international warehouses. The estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond Leotte's control, such as customs inspections or logistical delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €150. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €6 will apply.

International Shipping

We ship throughout Europe and worldwide. Delivery times may be longer for destinations outside the European Union. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the regulations of the destination country.

Delays

Leotte is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, or carrier-related issues. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you and keep you informed.
